A crossing should start from a defined edge, reach a recognisable point (eg. a high point, a geographical feature etc) and end at an opposite defined edge
Be as specific as you can. For example if you are doing a crossing of the Brooks Range, don’t enter Alaska.

Select more than one Mode of Travel if the additional mode is planned and will be sustained and repetitive. Snowkite and dogsled journeys are not required to list Ski as an additional discipline, it is implied.
