Dispute a Claim or Record

DISPUTE AN EXISTING CLAIM OR RECORD

PECS will examine a claim where:

1. a journey's public data, narrative or claim appears erroneous
2. a reputable third party disputes a journey's data, narrative or claim and asks PECS to investigate

While we encourage the journey in question to engage with PECS, people are not obliged to participate. However, a decision not to participate will form part of our findings.

Complete and submit this form if you believe an existing claim or record to be in error. We will attempt to contact the original party and request supporting evidence of their claim or record but cannot guarantee a resolution.

Counter-submission to a disputed claim
